The big changes in the new iOS 7

The head designer of the company also incorporated some interesting changes in the form of modern shades and tones of colors. Flat design is another prominent feature seen in the new iOS 7. Starting from buttons to switches to the chrome surrounding apps all has been modernized and flattened to make the phone appear bigger. It has been possible because the original design allowed each app to make better use of screen space available for it. The pleomorphic design has been replaced by the modern iOS 7's clean and flat layout, and it can be seen in the message, game center, phone, calendar, and others.

The built-in apps now feature sliding gesture based navigation, and folders can now support hundreds of apps easily. Notification center has been designed with complete control over how many notifications you can see at once. The ability to view the notification center from the lock screen has also been modified. You can drill down to the notification to have a quick view of weather, upcoming calendar events, and also traffic for the day.

The new swipe up menu has been given the name of the Control Center that gives you quick access to the most commonly used functions. It allows you to control Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, music and toggle airplane mode, brightness and more. Further, multitasking has also been upgraded with support for all apps - without affecting the battery life.

On the other hand, camera has been refreshed with improved UI, new filters and square photo framing. Apart from this, App Store, iTunes Radio, Siri, AirDrop (a new feature that lets you share your content with other iOS users through control center) and others have been upgraded smartly in the new iOS 7.

We love iPhone but not Apple, what Apple did just like a bitch

"Don't be a bitch, no offence." We do love iPhone, iPad, and Apple's product, not the whole company, at least what Apple did in recent few days just like a bitch. I don't like that feeling.

CCTV broadcast the interests of consumers plan last week. Numerous Chinese celebrities released microbiology updates after-sales service for China slammed Apple discrimination.

Allegedly in China, Apple does not replace a group of new customers fault the iPhone reset during the warranty period, the contrary, the national television programs in other parts of the world. This apparent discrimination of Chinese users, resulting in numerous social media called for a boycott of the company's products in the domestic.
A string started by Chinese celebrities microbiology slammed Apple. Microbiology users, however, soon realized that probably orchestrated jobs, and even network television recognized as a celebrity updates line "around 8.20 end. This matter is now dubbed the "8.20 party.

However, celebrities refuse to comply with. Technology entrepreneur and former Google China president Kai-fu Lee said, he is invited by CCTV, microbiology comment on the show, but he refused. Although it is unclear if Apple's competitors have arranged the stunt, it is not pristine, who do twitter celebrity to promote competition in the smart phone brand. The earlier report pointed out, Sina microblog start deleting mark the incident, including the hashmark # 820 # posts, despite the fact that the effect of such a review does not seem to write this story.

EU justice commissioner, accused Apple again but for Apple warranty policy

Apple AppleCare warranty issues, have been indicted in Italy. Eventually Apple losing fined.
Today is Apple again because AppleCare warranty issues become the focus of media attention.  According to foreign media reports, EU Justice Commissioner Viviane Reding said in a public speech that does not match the Apple warranty measures consumer law in many EU countries, saying they did not properly inform consumers of their own warranty rights.

Reading pointed out that the official EU should play a more important role in the supervision and coordination of the implementation of EU consumer law.
He also said that at least Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and Portugal's customers on Apple's warranty measures sue.

Previously Apple finally overwhelmed quietly changed their warranty policy in Australia, the warranty time extended from one year to two years.
After Italy lawsuit in March 2012, 10 national client groups requested Apple to modify their warranty policy.
Belgium even also Apple sued the court, said Apple to turn a blind eye to the demands of the clients.

After an antitrust investigation in November last year, Apple was fined $ 1.2 million in Italy, their AppleCare warranty plan off the shelf.
According to the requirements of regulatory agencies in Italy, Apple similarly modified the wording of the warranty policy on the website.

Apple suffered a "bottleneck " : Development prospects are questioned or face the elite brain drain

U.S. IT website CNET published today the Department Chris Matyszczyk. The article said that the suspect due to market Apple's difficult to create a great opportunity that could lead to massive loss of talent.
How to retain talent, and they believe that Apple's innovation potential, the company faces the greatest test.

The world's most famous, most successful companies are faced with the crisis. There have been rumors of some quite entertaining.
First Wall Street has advocated the Apple stock better Google worthless, adolescent users have abandoned Apple to Microsoft surface.

In the environment of such troubles, I always remember Mitt Romney (Mitt Romney, 2012 U.S. presidential election candidates) the sentence: "The company is also a person."

Of course, about Apple's future prospects, as well as some of the more cautious explorer.
Daring Fireball's John of Krupp (John Cruber) and his guests, after a lengthy discussion. The iPhone and Mac developer Guy British Gerry (Guy English) believe that Apple faces a real long-term problem is: talent.

Krupp concern, the best engineers may think Apple can no longer give them the satisfaction.
"The problem is not that Apple is losing talent, but that they will lead to loss of talent," he said.
Some people even think that Apple may experience an "earthquake".

This is critical, because Apple has always been surrounded by the color of the layer of personal worship.
The principal object of worship of the people is Steve Jobs (Steve Jobs). Jones Ivey (Jony I've), Scott Foster (Scott Forstall) irregularly distributed some light.

The undeniable fact is: a lot of talented engineers, though they have a great idea, but in public fame was not broad enough.
The most typical example is Tony Fidel (Tony Fadell). After he left Apple created the nest, is a revolutionary thermostat.

British Gerry worry, once you have made the first generation iPhone this thing will feel that this is your life's work.
No matter what future development - at least in a market Apple to get involved - will feel much better than this.

Some people consider that the rumors of iWatch watch are a smart person "image projects".
Perhaps this stems from an amateur pastime of some Apple engineers, they hope to put into practice the idea.

However, Apple is very serious attitude towards entertainment, just as it treats the design attitude.
Hard to imagine Apple's sudden change of attitude, to meet the flashy design, even wearable, gaudy design can make money.

Ultimately, all companies are faced with the problem of how to retain talent.
Some employees do not want to be famous, famous only hope that their works.
Their idea is so that their products can become everyone to talk about, even coveted object.

Not all engineers want exposure in the spotlight under.
In a sense, the spotlight and many engineers are irrelevant.

Like many companies, Apple's biggest problem is certainly creating an atmosphere for all workers to believe there is no more suitable for them to play a creative place than here.

A lot of people are worried about the ability to create a new market for Apple products through stunning atrophy.
They are also difficult to abandon the idea of "Tim Cook (Tim Cook), although good efficiency but of vision".
However, sometimes, efficient managers the opportunity for the best talent to create continuing achievements, often extremely wise.

Apple faces the biggest test - may be the biggest problem.
The key is not just to make a great product, but to make people believe that it is still possible to create a great product.

Thus, it appears a small problem: if there are a make people's lives more convenient, more happy electronic products?
If there is, what is it?

Due to lacking innovation and fatigue, Apple will fall

With the advent of the iPhone and iPad, in the past five years, Apple has been given the crown of the most valuable investment company, but this is coming to the end. Apple's first-quarter profit flat, more than $ 50 billion in market value vanished, Hewlett-Packard and Dell, two companies combined market capitalization of only equal to 50 billion. Similar products is increasing, declining profit margins. CEO Cook need a real innovation to get rid of this "Heart Queen Race".

A series of product updates, upgrades are helping Apple competing with Samsung Electronics , but such help is not unlimited. Apple's first-quarter revenue growth of 18% over the same period last year, the season has sold nearly 48 million iPhone and 23 million iPad. Unfortunately, the net income did not keep pace with. The iPad mini earned more demand, but not earn the same as the larger screen of the iPad. iPhone 5 has also attracted a large number of customers, it is proved Apple paid high production cost of the phone. Apple's operating margin fell by nearly six percentage points, to 31.6%.

While Apple run faster and faster, but essentially just not regress. Of course, more danger is that Apple pace can not keep up the speed of the treadmill, so competitors will catch up. Also maybe an apple turnovers, indeed a useless product, also introduced in addition to the map application software (app) do not fly, investors apparently in preparation for this case. 2012 profit fell 10% late Wednesday, Apple earnings ratio of about 10 times. The company's $ 137 billion cash and investment can provide a good support to any form of decline. These total equivalent to nearly one-third of its market value.

However, our expectations to Apple, are not from the payment of a dividend, repo shares or launch another low price iPhone, but Apple should do as it once did best: do not follow the crowd. Apple's extraordinary growth stems from its launch of the electronic equipment people do not even know that they would want. Paid TV, or some other secret products, Apple really need some refuel.

Apple| A loser?

VirnetX Holding Corp. (VHC) was awarded $368.2 million after a federal jury today said Apple Inc. (AAPL) infringed its patents for virtual-private-network technology used in Apple’s FaceTime video-calling function.

VirnetX, which won a $200 million settlement from Microsoft Corp. in 2010, accused Apple of infringing four patents related to private networks. The case targeted Apple’s iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad as well as Mac computers that use the FaceTime function. Apple denied infringing the patents and contends they’re invalid.
The VirnetX patents cover the use of a domain-name service to set up virtual private networks, through which a website owner can interact with customers in a secure way or an employee can work at home and get access to a company’s electronic files. Scotts Valley, California-based VirnetX had sought $708 million in damages.
“For years Apple refused to pay fair value for the VirnetX patents,” Doug Cawley, a lawyer with McKool Smith in Dallas who represents VirnetX, said in closing arguments. “Apple says they don’t infringe. But Apple developers testified that they didn’t pay any attention to anyone’s patents when developing their system.” Following the verdict, Cawley said VirnetX would seek an order to block further use of its inventions.

Depart from Apple can not be the best solution to help Apple make a better map service

Since Apple released a new version of iOS 6 since their map application service has been criticized by all Apple fans. Wrong display and distorted 3d effect does not makes Apple map so mature. Finally, we got big news there are significant changes on Apple executives today. Most people don't know who Scott Forstall is. But to those who do, he's something of a demigod. If the future of mobile is software, and Apple is the company in pole position, then Forstall, Senior VP of iOS, is arguably the guy driving and defining the future. And as of today, he's officially out at Apple.

But don't be so upste, this is actually probably going to be a very good thing for all of us. Here are my reasons:
We all know that after Steve's death, Forstall was once known to be consolidating power among the ranks at Apple. This kind of thing never bodes well -- for anyone. Blatant power grabs lead to infighting and dysfunction as senior management all of a sudden have to start watching their backs instead of collaborating on product and direction. It's simply never healthy, and definitely never sustainable. Something has to give, and it looks like we know what.
Although iOS has proven to be an incredibly successful platform that started with a huge lead in the modern smartphone era, it's been criticized as evolving far too slowly in the face of the competition (namely: Android). This became apparent around the launch of iOS 5, which added far too few marquee features; I'd say this felt especially acute in iOS 6, which overall felt fairly incremental by comparison to Google's advances.
Relevant or not, Forstall's leaving: he was supposedly the guy who convinced Steve to let some iPhone 4 units run around in the wild during late testing. And we all know what happened there. Scott was the man in charge of Siri and also in charge of the new Maps product, one of Apple's most visible (if not monumental) failures of a flagship product in quite some time. SOMEONE's head was going to roll, it was just a matter of whose.

Scott's responsibilities have been divvied up among Apple senior management. My thoughts on each:

Great news : Jony Ive will be "providing leadership and direction for Human Interface" across Apple. This is the best news I've heard at Apple in recent years. It's time for Cupertino to ditch the tacky skeuomorphism and get the UI to the same level of sophistication as the hardware.

Good news : Craig Federighi, who currently runs OS X, will take over iOS. He's done a great job of getting OS X on a yearly release schedule with great, mobile-inspired features. I think Apple will probably be fine seeing stuff get built and released.

Interesting news : Bob Mansfield, former lead of hardware engineering, will lead a new group called Technologies, which should organize everything mobile under one roof (including semiconductors). This is a fascinating move that underscores Apple's ongoing focus on phones and tablets.

We'll-see news : Siri and Maps go to Eddy Cue. Eddy already oversees iTunes, the App Store, iBookstore, iCloud, etc., so this makes sense. He's gone from being the content guy at Apple to taking on its massive and numerous cloud services -- but Siri and Maps strike me as being a different breed of cloud product, so it's a little unclear to me right now how he'll handle the absolutely IMMENSE technical challenge they present. I'd put odds that he'll do well, though.
